Terms & conditions.

1. Eligibility

Competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, except where excluded by the specific competition terms or by law. Employees and immediate family of Tuned Nation are not eligible to win.

2. Memberships & entries

Memberships are billed monthly and grant a set number of entries per month based on the tier selected. You may cancel at any time; entries already granted remain valid for the competitions they were applied to. Unused entitlements do not roll over unless stated.

3. Entries

Entries are allocated with a Tuned Nation membership and through one-off entry purchases. Unused entries roll over and do not expire while your membership remains active. Entry allocations and any conditions specific to a competition are set out in that competition's terms.

4. Draws

Winners are selected from a third party verifiable, government approved platform, using the entrant list for that competition. The result is published at the advertised draw time. No re-rolls occur.

5. Prizes

Prizes are as described on the relevant competition page. Where offered, a cash alternative may be taken instead of the vehicle. Winners must complete identity and eligibility verification before a prize is released.

6. Permits

Competitions are conducted under the relevant Australian state and territory permits, which are published on each competition page.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tuned Nation is not liable for any loss arising from participation, except for rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
